We work very hard to resolve every return discrepancy. After all, our wish is to keep you as a happy customer and continue to rent textbooks to you throughout your college career. Loss / Damage Protection
If you select the loss / damage protection option, should your book become lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reasonable use, for a very reasonable fee of only 25% of the initial rental amount, we will promptly send you a replacement copy (if you still require the use of your book) or waive the purchase/replacement costs.
