Alison Lesterwas born in the United States and is now based in Singapore. She is an associate of ST Training Solutionsand director of AJ Lester Communication Training. While she has a bachelor's degree in Chinese and French, and a master's degree in Chinese studies, and has worked as a government desk officer, financial editor, and freelance writer, she bases most of her professional approach on her experience as a speaker, corporate trainer and comedian. Travelling around the world leading presentation skills workshops in countries as diverse as the Czech Republic, China, France and the United States has given Alison a broad perspective on what presentations work and what complicates matters when we get up to speak to each other. She is delighted to have the opportunity to set it all down in this book.
